What can I do about stiffness after lipo? Is there cream or vitamins I can take to help? (Photo)

I had a bbl and my butt is doing great but my sides of my stomach and back are stiff. I massage it with a vibrating massager and have been sleeping with heating pad but still very stiff. I got a massage yesterday and it didn't do much for the stiffness. Dr. Moises Salama did a great job with my bbl I'm happy now I'm searching for help with my stiffness.
