Hi, I don't know if genioplasty would achieve the result I want I posted pictures of my chin and chin I want.

It is very likely, based on these photos, that chin augmentation with implant as well as sliding genioplasty would produce similar result. Important part of your preoperative planing is to consider vertical component of augmentation since your lower third of the da e is smaller. Hope this helps.
