This is a question best answered by your surgeon. Personally, I would postpone any elective surgery like a BA or lipo until your appendix is resolved.

Definitely wait till the chances of having systemic bacteremia is lower. When you are ill in this manner you could potentially seed your implant and cause an infection or capsular contracture....either of which could and will negatively impact your final cosmetic outcome.

It is not a good idea to proceed with breast augmentation during an active bout of appendicitis. Your chance of developing a wound infection or an infected implant will be much higher.
