Had breast augmentation January 2016. 400 cc saline under muscle. Right breast never dropped. Had revision to drop right implant. 1 week after surgery I swung my right arm to kill a fly. Pain, swelling afterwards. Saw my doctor few days later, said I strained muscle, no hematoma. She noticed the implant went up a little. Suggested I massage, wear a strap. Swelling gone down, still feel sore and noticed my implant has not dropped. Did I cause implant displacement or is my muscle just strained?
