Neck lift or thread lift? What do you think is my best option?

Thread lift will produce some improvement but it will be more discreet as there is a combination of some laxity and volume excess. A neck lift procedure is likely to produce more significant change since it can address laxity, volume excess and platysma bands.

I would like to my opinion on what I think will be your best option. To be honest Ultherapy, Morpheus8 or all thread lift methods can't provide you the result as you desired. Contrary to what is claimed, these are procedures with a maximum duration of 2 months, and more importantly, they are also not treatments that will benefit you. All issues you mentioned can be addressed to a well-executed a neck lift operation in the right hands. This procedure includes removal of fat, excess skin, and connective tissues under skin and tightening the skin. It will not change your apperance, you will only have younger, tighter and elegant jawlines like before sagging. Your jawline will only re-gained definition with this process. Regards

More information is needed, such as your age and a full set of facial photographs from all angles. From the limited photograph, you do have fat deposits in the neck located both above and below your platysma muscle. A surgical neck lift is required to remove both compartments of fat. There's no skin removal with a neck lift. If you're have inelastic skin in the neck, then you're going to need a lower face and neck lift procedure which involves tightening loose facial and neck skin, tightening loose facial and neck and muscles, removal of both compartments fat in the neck which also includes a platysma plastic to significantly improve your jaw line.
