What can I do to reduce nose stuffiness before my rhinoplasty. I am considering getting procedure done sometime in the next 3-4 months

Hello and thank you for your question. If your congestion is due to a sinus infection, you must get treated before your procedure. You feel congested immediately after rhinoplasty surgery. As your nose heals, swelling will occur and make you feel blocked. This will disappear as soon as your swelling subsides and tampons are removed.

In order to answer this question, the source of the stuffiness must be determined. It may be mechanical, such as displacement of the nasal septum or enlarged turbinate obstructing the nasal airway or may be due to intranasal swelling due to allergy or irritant. 
If secondary to allergy, a decongestant / antihistamine may be of value
If secondary to mechanical obstruction, septoplasty surgery may be indicated.
