I had a rhinoplasty on 24th March 2026. It was ethnic nose. Dr Ahmet Alp Assistant - Tulay Medicine Assistant- ( Tunisia) I don’t know the real name. My overall experience was great, I was in communication with Tulay every step of the way, she is very attentive and made sure to explain all enquiries I had. She is a delightful person. Really professional assistant. Her aura is very smily and happy. Great assistant, I would love to hire her myself. Assistant medicine (Tunisia) she explained so well all the stages I need to take my medications she even had paper work with guidelines, timing and steps to take the medication's. As someone who never takes medications ever and struggled with she made sure to comfort me. She’s so soft spoken and patient in which is needed specially if you are explaining scientific medications names. It’s hard to comprehend all informations at once. For anyone wanting to do rhinoplasty I highly recommend Dr Ahmet Alp and his assistants speak English which really helps those that come from western side. Dr Ahmet done a remarkable job with my nose, I am still 2 weeks post op however I can see so much results already. I had no bruising just swelling in which it went down by 70% on week 2. I also see such a drastic change but at the same time so natural. Unfortunately I won’t be posting on social media or photos on the review but I can assure you that I am very happy with my results. I’m very happy with my experience with doctor Ahmet Alp . From the first consultation, I felt comfortable and confident. He explained everything clearly and set realistic expectations. The procedure went smoothly, and the post-operative care was excellent. Even though I’m only one week post-op and still have some normal swelling, the result already looks beautiful and I’m very satisfied with my nose. The doctor is very professional and delivers natural-looking results. I highly recommend him to anyone considering rhinoplasty.

Extremely professional, detailed and communicative. Dr. Alp listened to my complaint and spent time during the consultation to understand what I wanted. He assured me that if I'm sure about the nose shape I want he will make it happen. He made sure to check with multiple doctors ahead of the surgery to get clearance from specialists and a care plan. The nose I have after the surgery is exactly what I had asked for, even though it's not the standard common nose, he was able to deliver exactly my expectations. Professional, caring with great taste.

I had the best experience in my nose job with Dr Ahmet, it was my first surgery and I was a bit scared of going to another country without having a good idea about how it could be, but I was lucky to have one of my friends that recommended his work. When I got to the hospital every single minute I felt save and cared, I did not have to worry about the safety of the place make me feel so confident to keep my decision. The assistants were lovely and patient to keep teaching me what to do as many time as I need to make sure I’ll be fine when they wasn’t in the room. I had a ethnic nose, and always thought that I need 2 surgeries to have a good result, and now 6 months after surgery it looks so gorgeous and natural that whoever meet me now can’t tell that i had a Rhinoplasty. Thank a lot to Dr Ahmet and his team, to keep me calm and for the wonderful job.

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE! Dr. Ahmet ALP is the BEST there is. I traveled to Turkey from USA. The whole process couldn’t have went better. The commutation through WhatsApp with assistant Mustafa and Tülay was always thorough and quick response times. Any questions I had, they answered and made the whole experience go so smoothly. Dr. Ahmet ALP himself- AMAZING. So professional and is the best person I couldve went to to fix my very complicated nose. This was 4th nose surgery, but only my 1st one in Turkey. I wish I traveled here sooner. Dr. Ahmet is a genius and gave me the nose of my dreams. I can breathe better than I think I EVER HAVE. My healing process was the best here than any other time. His staff and nurses at the hospital were all so kind and professional. Everything was also SO CLEAN! The hotel they recommend, I also recommend!! This hotel was great and it’s in a convenient location near grocery store and restaurants. Also you get all of your transfers to hospital at this hotel! I would take their recommendation and stay at this hotel -Radisson Residences Avrupa TEM Istanbul. So clean, huge apartment style rooms, amazing staff, pool, sauna, gym. 100/10! WHOLE EXPERIENCE 1000000/10. If your scared to travel out of the country for a surgery, DONT BE! Don’t be like me and make the mistake of getting it done by average doctors near you, getting it done RIGHT AND PERFECT the first time by Dr. Ahmet ALP. ALSO Istanbul, Turkey was such an amazing place to visit! So much stuff to do and so fun and people are so welcoming! I promise you, It will be the best decision you ever make!

I discovered my doctor on Instagram and contacted the clinic through their page. I received a prompt and detailed response, including all important information about the procedure, pricing, and required documents. After scheduling my surgery date, everything was organized quickly and efficiently. When I arrived in Istanbul, I was warmly welcomed and given all necessary medical check-ups. The consultation with the doctor was very smooth — I explained my aesthetic goals and functional concerns, he examined my nose, shared his professional opinion, and we immediately agreed on the plan. The surgery went perfectly. When I woke up, the doctor came to show me the before-and-after photos and shared them with me directly. The only small criticism is that this could have been done a few hours later, as I was still quite drowsy from the anesthesia. The assistant Tülay provided exceptional care throughout my stay. She checked on me regularly, was always available, extremely kind, helpful, and attentive. I spent one night at the hospital and was discharged the next morning. I barely experienced any pain, which I attribute to the surgical technique used. I was also given all medications along with clear explanations on how and when to take them. A week later, I returned for my follow-up appointment, during which the splints and bandages were removed, and another check-up was performed. Additionally, I visited once more for a control appointment. Even after I returned home, the doctor remained accessible — I sent him monthly photos so he could monitor my healing process. Overall, I am very satisfied with the entire experience: the organization, the care, the communication, and of course the final result. I can genuinely recommend this clinic and doctor.

Dr Alp ist ein sehr sympathischer, empathischer und professioneller Arzt. Er hat sich für die Beratung im Vorfeld viel Zeit genommen und ist auf alle meine Anliegen eingegangen, sodass ich mit einem guten Gefühl den Eingriff machen konnte. Sein Team arbeitet sehr professionell und insbesondere seine beiden Assistenten Mustafa und Tülay sind stets erreichbar (auch Monate nach dem Eingriff) und sind immer bemüht, mit Empathie und Fürsorge einem bei allen Fragen und Anliegen so rasch wie möglich zu helfen. Die Koordination und Organisation verlief einwandfrei und ich bin mit dem bisherigen Ergebnis sehr zufrieden.

Doctor Ahmet Alp is a true artist. Listened to everything i said, and understood. He was so kind especially because it can be scary, he reassured me multiple times and gave me what i wanted. Spoke great English. I’m 11 days post op still, and i have a long way to go with recovery but im happy with the way my nose looks so far. The assistants were amazing too. Tülay was professional, speaks great English, and replies so quick. She also reassured my mom who was anxious about everything, and helped her as well. She’s a true angel. The pharmacist lady ( i don’t know her name I’m so sorry) was also so kind and so smart. Explained everything perfectly. The hospital we stayed at was not the best however, it wasn’t very clean. There was dried blood on the floor that was not mine and they were suppose to come clean it but they never did, and we were out of toilet paper, and we asked for some 3 times, we never got it. I had to use paper towel the entire time. I had to call the nurse to switch out the fluids i was receiving because they kept forgetting and it would be empty, and another one would be hanging. A couple of the nurses were very kind, reassuring, mainly the ones who DIDN'T speak English. I overall had a good experience, however i wish the hospital was better.
