I had a primary rhinoplasty with Dr. Ahmet Alp, and I couldn’t be happier. From the first consultation, he really listened to my goals and explained what would look natural for my face. My coordinator Tülay was amazing—quick communication, clear instructions, and so kind throughout. Surgery day at the hospital was smooth. Dr. Alp’s team made me feel at ease and they were extremely professional. Pain was very manageable, swelling went down steadily, and the after care plan was clear. Most importantly, my nose looks beautiful and natural. I wanted things to look symmetrical and a nice, enhanced look without it looking too exaggerated and Dr. Alp delivered exactly that. Dr Ahmet is the best Doctor to choose for a rhinoplasty procedure. First of all he is a very professional and full of experience and knowledge and he is very trustworthy. Second he is a wonderful, nice, kind and modest person. His team also is very professional and kind and all the time available. This is very important when you are in this process. He helped my friend with a very complicated revision of a really bad procedure she underwent with a very charlatan Doctor. He fixed her result to be not less than perfect and during the year after he took care of everything and took us for checkups and was always professional and helpful. I am a male of Afro Caribbean ancestry and Dr Alp absolutely ate with my surgery. I wanted to have a nose almost like Jana Craig from LoVe ISlaNd USA. And Dr Alp delivered once again. I am officially at the six month mark. I flew from california to dr ahmet. I consulted with alot of Beverly hills doctors and most gave me outrageous prices for mediocre results that i didnt want. I knew dr ahmet would deliver exactly what i wanted. And he did. The hospital was new, clean and spacious. The room i stayed in at the hospital had a private bathroom that was also clean and modern. I really appreciate everyone from dr ahmet as he truly looked at my breathing issue, and aesthetic issue, i had some drooping of my tip and he perfected it. I appreciate tulay his assistant who guided me thru this entire process from start till now, she answered me in a timely manner and is super sweet and patient with me. When i met her the day of my surgery she kept me so calm and she was just a bubbly person i love her so much. The anesthesiologist was hilarious i will never forget him, he cracked jokes until they rolled me into the surgery room and made sure i was laughing until i got knocked out. The team were all so kind. More about my nose, I showed him multiple pictures that sort of contradicted each other because some noses i showed were more defined and pointy and the others were natural and i asked to be somewhere in that spectrum. And I will share a picture of before and after he truly delivered. Most importantly, I can breathe really well. I didnt think my breathing was that bad but apparently it was really bad that now breathing better at night made me not have under eyebags which was my other insecurity! My septum was deviated and had no support, i had to take cartilage from my rib. Recovering from the rib was more difficult than the nose in my opinion! All is healed and i barely have a scar on my nose. Amazing work i am so so glad i trusted my gut to go to dr ahmet. No one could have done it like him.

I had a rhinoplasty and septoplasty by Dr Ahmet in December, I travelled from Canada to Istanbul. Dr Ahmet gave me exactly what I asked for, he walked me through the whole process and answered all of my questions, his team was there to help me with anything I needed, they helped me with car services and booking my hotel and even a translator was all taken care of it was a VIP experience. It’s been 9 months since my surgery and every day my nose looks better, dr Ahmet changed my life and gave me my confidence back, he is a artist and you are definitely in good hands.

Best Rhinoplasty doctor ever! I had a fourth revision rhinoplasty with doctor Alp.. it was the best decision I have ever made. Dr. Alp is compassionate, caring, humble and extremely knowledgeable. I have had horrible experiences in the past. Every rhinoplasty made my nose worse, until I ended up with an extremely short nose. Dr. Alp has so much experience doing revisions and educating other specialists on doing revisions , that there was no doubt I wanted him to perform my surgery. I am so grateful I chose him. The surgery went uneventful and with no complications. His staff was outstanding. Tuley and Amal were so helpful! The result of my surgery went way beyond my expectations! He gave me the most beautiful nose anyone could have asked for. My nose was complicated and required exceptional skill to correct, but that wasn’t a problem for the very skilled hands of Dr. Alp. I will be forever grateful for this procedure, it has given me back my confidence and has balanced my face. Thank you Dr. Alp , I will be forever indebted to you .
