Complex Revision Rhinoplasty - Thin Skin
I cannot recommend Dr. Ahmet Alp and his team highly enough. This was my third rhinoplasty and second revision, so choosing another surgeon was not a decision I took lightly. I traveled from the United States to Istanbul specifically for Dr. Alp, and I am grateful I trusted my instincts. My first rhinoplasty was in 2010. Over time, I developed a tension nose. My second surgery, in August 2024, involved a rib graft, but too much cartilage was used, leaving my nose heavy and bulbous.

He gave me a nose that would suit my face which was great because I wanted something that would complement my features.
