ENT told me I have a deviated septum and I need surgery when I went in with congestion. I really don't want surgery on my nose but he's saying problem won't go away if I don't. Will this change my nose and is surgery under general anesthesia/painful?

Nasal fillers are effective in making corrections after rhinoplasty surgery without the need for revision surgery. This gives us a chance to revise your nose so you won't need to go through another operation. Simple deformities are corrected with a filler. Your doctor needs to be very careful...
First of all, thanks for your question. When I evaluate your photos, I see you have overprotected nose tip and nasal bump issues. And you are a suitable candidate for the ultrasonic rhinoplasty technique. I apply this technique with the open approach. Have a fantastic day!
