I had my nose surgery 3 weeks ago with Dr. Mahmet, and I honestly had the best experience from start to finish. From the very beginning, the whole team was incredibly organized and supportive. They arranged my airport transfers and accommodation, which made everything so much easier — especially since I traveled alone. The hotel wasn’t 5-star luxury, but it was really nice, clean, and very convenient for recovery and appointments. I was definitely nervous about going alone, but I managed completely fine. That said, if you’re able to bring someone with you, that would probably be ideal. Looking back, I do kind of wish I had someone there for the first couple of days — but I handled everything by myself and was okay. I was so impressed with the entire team, and the hospital where the surgery was performed was also great. The nurses were amazing — so kind, attentive, and caring, which made me feel really comfortable. Pre- and post-op care was excellent. Every question I had was answered quickly and clearly. Zeynep mainly communicated with me, and she was absolutely AMAZING — so kind, responsive, and reassuring throughout the entire process. I truly had the best experience with her. I also never felt rushed with Dr. Mahmet — he was always calm and patient with me, and when I was slightly unwell before my original surgery date, he chose to cancel and postpone despite the inconvenience to himself, which I truly appreciated because it showed he genuinely prioritizes patient health and safety over anything else. Recovery went better than I expected. The first night and day two were definitely the hardest — but once the splints were removed, everything improved so much for me. I was honestly surprised by how minimal my swelling and bruising were! Like hardly bruised. I flew back home on day 9 on a long international flight and have been healing well since. One important piece of advice: follow the doctor’s medication guidelines. I tried to be “strong” and avoid taking pain medication at first, but I wish I had started it sooner. It definitely helps. I’m so happy with my results so far and feel very grateful to Dr. Mahmet and his entire team. I would absolutely recommend them.

Amazing experience with Dr Mehmet and his entire team. I am now 3 months post op and thrilled with my results. I travelled from the UK and I had a very complex revision rhinoplasty case (3rd surgery) with Dr Mehmet in September. I was extremely concerned and anxious following two failed previous surgeries, but Dr Mehmet listened to all of my concerns and addressed everything. The surgery was very long but the results have been nothing short of amazing. He’s highly skilled and my nose looks even better than I could have imagined. Its been a little over two months since my upper blepharoplasty with Dr. Mehmet Durmusoglu performed under local anesthesia. The whole procedure was completely painless and Dr. Mehmet took his time, nearly two hours, without ever rushing. Even one week after the stitches were removed, the scar was barely visible, and now, two months later, theres no trace of surgery at all. I had my surgery in August (rhinoplasty, upper blepharoplasty). I flew to Izmir all the way from Slovenia and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve been doing the research for like two years and found the doctor online. From the beginning, the doctor was very personal and super helpful, really realistic. I am just over 2 months post op and I am so pleased with the results, the procedure and recovery. I had a severely deviated septum, large dorsal hump and droopy tip, and was so insecure about it. After years of researching and meeting different surgeons, both in UK and Turkey - I am so pleased I chose Dr Mehmet Durmusoglu. Firstly, from the initial research stage, Dr Mehmet was so clear, detailed and kind. I was nervous but he made sure I was not rushed, and gave me multiple appointments to ensure every question was answered. I was also able to meet him in person in London which was brilliant. There was never any pressure to book, and it felt like they genuinely cared about me as a patient. The surgery itself went so well. I was nervous arriving in Turkey but the day before surgery, I had my pre op appointments with Dr and Yasmin, and I instantly felt peaceful and reassured. The hospital was so clean and efficient and all the nurses were so caring and compassionate. I felt really well cared for, and Yasmin's patient care went above and beyond. The recovery really surprised me, I had zero pain and minimal swelling and bruising, and Yasmin was able to answer any questions I had. I saw Dr Mehmet straight after surgery, 2 days post op, and then again 5 days post op and his level of care of skill was exceptional. I am now over 2 months post op and so happy with my decision. I was worried about functionality but my breathing is 10/10 and has been since cast off! I feel like Dr Mehmet has made my nose to suit my face perfectly - he is a magician! Honestly best purchase I've made. Im 33 and got hit with a helmet when I was 10. It left me with a severly deviated septum and a completely blocked off left sided nasal passage. Before I got to turkey Yasemin, Dr Mehmet durmu?o?lus' assistant made sure I was comfortable and stayed informed about what was going on. She was honestly great and was there at every step. I talked to her about different things throughout the process and u can tell she really cares about what happens and does her best to make the whole thing low stress. O and she speaks English perfectly so there's no language barrier if you're coming from the US like I did. Dr. Mehmet durmu?o?lu did an amazing job. He answered all my questions and didnt rush through explaining things. His style is a natural nose which was what I wanted. The payments are done through an app so noone has to worry about exchange rates or bringing large amounts of cash. My main concern was my breathing and let me tell you im BREATHING! im 6 weeks post op and still have swelling but overall im so happy.
