I am just over 2 months post op and I am so pleased with the results, the procedure and recovery. I had a severely deviated septum, large dorsal hump and droopy tip, and was so insecure about it. After years of researching and meeting different surgeons, both in UK and Turkey - I am so pleased I chose Dr Mehmet Durmusoglu.

Firstly, from the initial research stage, Dr Mehmet was so clear, detailed and kind. I was nervous but he made sure I was not rushed, and gave me multiple appointments to ensure every question was answered. I was also able to meet him in person in London which was brilliant. There was never any pressure to book, and it felt like they genuinely cared about me as a patient.

The surgery itself went so well. I was nervous arriving in Turkey but the day before surgery, I had my pre op appointments with Dr and Yasmin, and I instantly felt peaceful and reassured. The hospital was so clean and efficient and all the nurses were so caring and compassionate. I felt really well cared for, and Yasmin's patient care went above and beyond. The recovery really surprised me, I had zero pain and minimal swelling and bruising, and Yasmin was able to answer any questions I had. I saw Dr Mehmet straight after surgery, 2 days post op, and then again 5 days post op and his level of care of skill was exceptional.

I am now over 2 months post op and so happy with my decision. I was worried about functionality but my breathing is 10/10 and has been since cast off! I feel like Dr Mehmet has made my nose to suit my face perfectly - he is a magician! I think he is so humble about his work but the skill is incredible. I didn't expect perfection but I honestly am so happy and really recommend Dr Mehmet.

Honestly best purchase I've made. Im 33 and got hit with a helmet when I was 10. It left me with a severly deviated septum and a completely blocked off left sided nasal passage. Before I got to turkey Yasemin, Dr Mehmet durmu?o?lus' assistant made sure I was comfortable and stayed informed about what was going on. She was honestly great and was there at every step. I talked to her about different things throughout the process and u can tell she really cares about what happens and does her best to make the whole thing low stress. O and she speaks English perfectly so there's no language barrier if you're coming from the US like I did.
Dr. Mehmet durmu?o?lu did an amazing job. He answered all my questions and didnt rush through explaining things. His style is a natural nose which was what I wanted. The payments are done through an app so noone has to worry about exchange rates or bringing large amounts of cash. My main concern was my breathing and let me tell you im BREATHING! im 6 weeks post op and still have swelling but overall im so happy.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Durmusoglu. My entire experience went smoothly, I experienced very minimal pain from the procedure, and am extremely happy with my results. His assistant was also amazing, she arranged all my transportation during my time in Izmir, and made my trip very seamless. I had an extremely pleasant experience and am so happy with my new nose!

I am just over 6 months post op, and I’m genuinely so happy. I truly feel so blessed to have found such an amazing doctor. As a younger patient who had never gotten such a drastic surgery, I was really worried about the entire process, and I wasn’t sure how reliable it would have been to travel overseas for this procedure. However, Yasemin (the assistant/international patient coordinator) was so helpful and reassuring!! She would respond very fast to my messages and concerns, which offered a sense of security, which was extremely important to me since I was traveling to a different country. She is so sweet and treated me like her friend, she offered recommendations of places to go while I was in recovery, and often reached out to make sure I was doing well. When I reached Izmir, the drivers (I did the hotel + transportation package deal) took me to the clinic, hospital, airport, and my hotel. Overall, the process went very smoothly. The price was also affordable which was another aspect I appreciated.

The day before the surgery, I had an in-person consultation with Dr. Mehmet Durmu?o?lu. We discussed my ideal nose type with the 3-d simulation and he was very patient and kind. I was really nervous since my nose had been an insecurity of mine for over 6 years, to the point where it impacted my entire life, so I really just wanted it to be perfect. Dr. Mehmet understood my concerns, and even though I constantly brought up my worries, he reassured me and made me truly feel comfortable. The next day, I had my surgery, and Dr. Mehmet came in to check up on me before the surgery while I was waiting in my hospital room. I honestly had never felt this cared for in any type of medical setting, and Dr. Mehmet and Yasemin went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I was able to really trust them, despite being so nervous. After my surgery while I was still asleep, Dr. Mehmet checked in with my mom and let her know the surgery went very well, which was something that really stood out to me. The level of care and attention was just amazing!

Overall, I had very minimal swelling, barely any bruising, and little to no pain at all. I also had difficulty breathing before my surgery from the left side, and he was able to fix this issue. This was another reason why I chose Dr. Mehmet, because as an ENT he values functionality as well as aesthetics, without complicating either.

Even when I went back to my country, Yasemin and the doctor would help address any concerns and also provided me the perfect assistance. I loved my nose at the beginning of its healing stage, and six months later, my life has completely changed, and my nose has gotten even more perfect. I finally feel so pretty, and choosing this doctor was the best decision I have ever made in my life. I highly recommend, and I’m so thankful for how he was able change my entire life in just a couple of hours.
