What is the best procedure for skin (crepe) tightening? Every ad takes me to fat removal or brachioplasty. I just want to tighten the skin!
Answer: Brachioplasty Hello, brachioplasty or also called an arm lift is a procedure in which the loose skin is surgically removed. This is going to be the best if there is loose skin and the patient desires tighter skin and a slimmer look to the arm. Liposuction is great if the main concern is just stubborn fat. The liposuction will remove that fat and if skin quality is good some contraction of the skin will happen. I suggest meeting with a board-certified plastic surgeon to come up with the best plan for your concerns.

Answer: Morpheus8 Thank you for your inquiry! A brachioplasty is a surgical procedure that removed excess skin. If you want to tighten the skin then I would recommend completing a series of 3 Morpheus8. It's a skin tightening laser that is usually done in a med spa by a licensed esthetician.

Answer: A combination of Morpheus8, Ultherapy, and Melapeels can help tighten the skin and reduce appearance of crepey skin. Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Skin tightening There are multiple ways to address excess tissue on the arms. The right procedure depends on your concerns and goals for surgery. For those with good skin tone, you may be a candidate for BodyTite. This procedure uses RF technology to tighten skin. Liposuction can be added as part of this procedure and no general anesthesia is required. An arm lift is a consideration if there is too much excess tissue or laxity. Some patients get the desired results with liposuction combined with J Plasma. Visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.
