Im 33. 5'7" currently 162 lbs. I used to be 250 in 2018. Lost 100 lbs in 2020 and then gained some back and currently working on losing 20 more lbs. Will i need an arm lift? Or mini arm lift? I have excess skin aan stretch marks under my arms and want it gone. I lift weights but it wont go away. My breasts have always been asymmetric and small. I am wanting a breast augmentation. Can this be done with my asymmetry? I have saggy skin on my stomach, what can be done? Still will lose 20lb

Answer: Considering procedures Congratulations on your weight loss! You could consider combining procedures into one setting to address various concerns. You do appear to be a candidate for breast augmentation. The asymmetry can be improved as part of the surgery. If you are not planning future pregnancies a tummy tuck will address excess fat and skin on the abdomen. It appears you have good skin tone, so you may be able to avoid an arm lift. You may be a candidate for liposuction with J Plasma or perhaps BodyTite. See a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.

Answer: No you do not appear to need an arm lift Congratulations on your weight loss. You do not need a brachioplasty. Liposuctions of the arms and compression after will improve the appearance and should allow some skin retraction. In order to make a brachioplasty scar worthwhile you need to have significantly more loose skin. You do need an abdominoplasty and liposuction to improve your shape and remove the loose abdominal skin. I would suggest fat grafting to the breasts to improve the asymmetry and to moderately increase their volume.
