I am a 31 year old female, 125-130 pounds, in good shape/athletic - however, I have always had “fat” arms, especially considering my body weight. I am always upset about how I look in pictures and I am getting married in March and do not want to look back on my wedding photos with regret and disgust for how my arms look. I dont have much of a budget but I am looking for anything that could help me.
Answer: Arms I would suggest liposuction for fat removal with Renuvion, minimally invasive skin tightening with radiofrequency to improve your arms.

Answer: Addressing arms You may be a candidate for BodyTite. This minimally invasive procedure can reduce fat and tighten loose skin. No general anesthesia is required. This procedure pairs well with others such as Morpheus8 to optimize results. I've included a video I hope you find helpful.

Answer: Minimizing Arms With Little to No Fat Thank you for your question regarding the best option for minimizing the appearance of your arm area due to the fact that you’re unhappy with your arm size. Thank you for your history and pictures. Congratulations on your upcoming wedding. In regards to your arms, you have several options. Options include liposuction and five different types of open-arm lift incisions. In your case, based on your arm anatomy and physique, I would suggest VASER arm liposuction. VASER arm liposuction can help to sculpt your arms. You can instruct your chosen plastic surgeon to create an athletic arm; the deltoid, biceps, and triceps can be sculpted. Alternatively, if you don’t wish athletic arms, skinny, slender female arms can also be created with the VASER VASER arm liposuction procedure takes approximately 2 to 3 hours to complete under IV or general anesthesia. Please give yourself approximately one week to recover. You will have to wear compression garments for approximately six weeks after your VASER arm liposuction procedure. Since you do not have stretch marks or a history of 100-pound weight loss or extremely loose arm skin, I would not suggest open incisions of any type for your arm reduction. Sincerely, Dr. Katzen

Answer: Liposuction Liposuction may be an alternative for you to consider if you have enough fat. It would be less expensive compared to a brachioplasty (arm lift) and can be done on an out-patient basis. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Vaser ultrasound liposuction for arms In my experience, stubborn arm fat can be easily removed with Vaser ultrasound liposuction. This will also tighten skin, avoiding arm lift scars, etc in most candidates. Arms usually heal fairly quickly although full skin tightening can take several months. An exam and consultation with a plastic surgeon who performs these procedures is recommended to confirm you are a candidate as well as discuss your options and expectations.
