Once I lose 20 or 30 pounds, I plan on getting a deep plane neck lift, buccal fat removal and a chin implant. I keep on going back and forth if I want to get my nose done as well. What do you think of my nose? Is it big? I kind of feel like my tip sticks out a bit. Would I benefit from a rhinoplasty?

Answer: Am I a candidate for a rhinoplasty? The photographs presented are inadequate to make a determination about a rhinoplasty, which is a three-dimensional structure. It's important to post a full set of facial photographs from the front, and side profiles. Regarding your neck, it's important to lose 20 or 30 pounds before entertaining the idea of a deep neck lift procedure. In our practice, a deep neck lift involves removal of fat deposits above the muscle with liposuction, and surgical extraction of the fat below the muscle. A platysma plasty is also performed to significantly improve the jawline. Chin Implants are placed for patients who have a recessive chin profile.
