Once I lose 20 or 30 pounds, I plan on getting a deep plane neck lift, buccal fat removal and a chin implant. I keep on going back and forth if I want to get my nose done as well. What do you think of my nose? Is it big? I kind of feel like my tip sticks out a bit. Would I benefit from a rhinoplasty?

After rhinoplasty surgery, steroid injections are only indicated in the lower 1/3 of the nose, usually in the supra tip. Since the skin of the bridge is thin, steroid injections could result in visible edges of the cartilage graft becoming visible. Thank you for this question. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
Hello,
You will get swelling with a forehead reduction on your nose so my recommendation is to space them out a month or so between surgeries. If given a choice, I would do the nose first and then the forehead reduction which would not require that much spacing in between surgeries.
