It would be very difficult to say, based on these photos, that rhinoplasty should be your priority. In person evaluation with a good rhinoplasty surgeon would help in that regard. Neck lift, however, should be the first procedure to consider. Hope this helps. Good luck.

It's important to post a full set of facial photographs from the front, and side profiles. Regarding your neck, it's important to lose 20 or 30 pounds before entertaining the idea of a deep neck lift procedure.
