Maneuvers for your case would include tip refinement, dorsal hump reduction, nasal Tip deprojection, tip elevation, among other maneuvers.. It would be very difficult to say, based on these photos, that rhinoplasty should be your priority. In person evaluation with a good rhinoplasty surgeon would help in that regard. Neck lift, however, should be the first procedure to consider. Hope this helps. Good luck.
