Once I lose 20 or 30 pounds, I plan on getting a deep plane neck lift, buccal fat removal and a chin implant. I keep on going back and forth if I want to get my nose done as well. What do you think of my nose? Is it big? I kind of feel like my tip sticks out a bit. Would I benefit from a rhinoplasty?

After rhinoplasty surgery, steroid injections are only indicated in the lower 1/3 of the nose, usually in the supra tip. Since the skin of the bridge is thin, steroid injections could result in visible edges of the cartilage graft becoming visible. Thank you for this question. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
Hello and thank you for your question. I recommend getting the forehead reduction first because the rhinoplasty requires much more delicate work and you wouldn't want your nose results to get messed up if you did the forehead reduction after.
Rhinoplasty truly a surgery of millimeters- and it...
