Would a rhinoplasty improve the asymmetry in my face & improve my overall facial harmony? (Photo)

Thank you for your question. You are an excellent candidate for rhinoplasty, I think it is one of the most beautifying surgeries that we do as plastic surgeons. A large portion of my practice is dedicated to rhinoplasty surgery. It is important to only see plastic surgeons with extensive experience in rhinoplasty, ie perform at least 6 per month and have performed hundreds of cases. Also, critically evaluate on-line galleries to see if their art form resonates with yours. Rhinoplasty is definitely a grey haired plastic surgeon's sport. Best wishes to you.

As far as I can see from your photos unfortunately, 100% symmetry is not possible, your nose can be brought to the midline, but again, the wing inequality may remain, albeit minimal, this is a condition related to facial asymmetry, but it is still possible to get a much better image than it is now with a single surgery.
It would be better face to face consultation.

In our experience, a good looking nose is a nose that does not call attention to itself. Since you have a small and unobtrusive nasal appearance, I suspect that rhinoplasty surgery would not provide the facial harmony that you were looking for. Your nose is slightly crooked and leaning to the left side. The tip has slight asymmetry as well. You may benefit from a rhinoplasty but the improvement will be subtle.

Difficult to offer definitive recommendation without profile view but from submitted information my inclination would be to improve your capacity to enjoy your rich endowment of natural beauty and allure. From the front view your nose appears perfect and (my opinion) quite proportional with your face, feminine, and perfect enough that rhinoplasty risks liability more than promises asset. Well applied cosmetics, a great hair stylist, and an authentic smile put you in celebrity category.

Rhinoplasty, even more so than other facial aesthetic procedures, should contribute to and not take away from facial harmony. The nose is the center of the face and ideally you want it straight, the appropriate width and with a harmonious side profile.
Your best bet is to have a consultation with a plastic surgeon who can offer both surgical and non-surgical rhinoplasty to discuss your goals and come up with a treatment plan together.

No one ever "needs" a rhinoplasty. It is an elective procedure and only you can determine if your nasal features concern you enough to do something about improving the cosmetic appearance of your nose and whether it would be worthwhile.

Following the advice from a surgeon on this or any other website who proposes to tell you exactly what to do based on limited photos without examining you, physically feeling the tissue, assessing your desired outcome, taking a full medical history, and discussing the pros and cons of the operative procedure would not be in your best interest. I would suggest you find a plastic surgeon with extensive nasal surgery experience who is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and ideally a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) that you trust and are comfortable with. You should discuss your concerns with that surgeon in person. Additional information about the procedure will help you decide if it is a procedure that you want to pursue.
