Help! I recently had revision Platysmaplasty. The 1st procedure helped with sagging skin, but still had very prominent bands appear. I’m less than 6 months post-op and band just appeared. Hard area to treat, but can anything else be done aside from Botox? Or is this more about the surgeon? Any suggestions and or questions to ask current surgeon appreciated!
