What do you recommend I get done? I am 45 and need some work! I have had filler in cheeks, jawline, chin and lips. It has been two years so mostly gone. I still feel it in jawline. I would love surgery to look my best now. Thank you for any advice. Would love prices.

Hello, hope you are well. Thanks for posting your photos and questions. Your profile photo shows fullness underneath the chin in the central neck. This can be reduced to restore a sharp jawline and neck contour with a surgical neck lift. There also appears to be some mild jowling that could be addressed with a facelift at the same time.

Based on your pictures, you have laxity of the lower face,  early jowls, and loose neck skin and fat. A lower face and neck lift with liposuction and platysmaplasty will redefine your neck and jawlines. Your eyes are beautiful and need no work at this time in my opinion. Seek an experienced surgeon who specializes in the face. All the best!

It really depends upon what is specifically bothering you. From your side profile photographs you have a recessive chin, so consider placement of a small chin implant which would not only help with the augmentation in the forward projection, but also give a bit of augmentation on the side of your chin just in front of your jowls which is called pre-jowl sulcus. You also have jowls, and significant fat deposits in your neck located both above and below the platysma muscle in your neck. To address those issues would require a lower face and neck lift procedure. In our practice, this accomplishes tightening loose facial and neck skin, tightening loose facial and neck muscles, lifting the jowls, and removing both compartments fat above and below the platysma muscle and a platysma-plasty to significantly improve your jawline. Choose your surgeon wisely based on producing lots of natural looking results

As we age, the bones in the face shrink, and the fat in the face tends to atrophy or go away. As a result, the tissues of the face begin to fall, squaring out the bottom of the face and rounding out the top. Adding filler to the jawline in your situation would not improve your concerns. That said, a deep plane neck lift with facial fat grafting would make a dramatic improvement to your areas of concern.
