What do you recommend I get done? I am 45 and need some work! I have had filler in cheeks, jawline, chin and lips. It has been two years so mostly gone. I still feel it in jawline. I would love surgery to look my best now. Thank you for any advice. Would love prices.

As a result, the tissues of the face begin to fall, squaring out the bottom of the face and rounding out the top. Adding filler to the jawline in your situation would not improve your concerns. That said, a deep plane neck lift with facial fat grafting would make a dramatic improvement to your areas of concern.
