I’m 52 and had three rounds of microneedling by my doctor. The area of my neck that was treated is now thin and Loose. my neck is so loose it has pulled my cheeks down. The skin around the treated area is normal. Is this fat loss ? Swelling? It’s been three weeks no improvement. I’m super disappointed bc I wanted skin tightening and not fat loss. Now I feel like I need a neck lift and wish I had never done this procedure. The area under my eyes is also more crepey.
