Thank you for your question and posting appropriate pictures. You seem to be a very good candidate for Liposuction with laser (SmartLipo). This procedure when performed expertly, can remove the unwanted fat as well as tighten your skin overlying. You need a consultation to see if you are a candidate.
It actually appears as though your problem relates more to excess skin than fat. The marbles you are feeling are probably isolated fat cells which tend to be palpable in people without much fat. You could consider a skin tightening procedure such as BodyTite to attempt to contract the excess skin and smooth the marbled texture but you may need a tummy tuck to excise the excess skin. I would suggest setting up a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to see what your options are. Best of Luck!
Thankyou for your question and appropriate photographs. It appears that the main problem is loose skin with poor tone (and absence of fat rather than too much of it).You are pointing to an area behind the skin folds and here too I see little fat. A Tummy Tuck is probably the best procedure for you. I would strongly advice you to have a consultation with a reputed board certified Plastic Surgeon to examine you and discuss all the options. Good Luck!
Based upon the photos submitted, a tummy tuck would be a better alternative.Kenneth Hughes, MDLos Angeles, CA
From the photographs it looks as though the problem is excess skin not fat. There's no way to tighten the skin so only direct excision such as an abdominoplasty is the preferred treatment.
From your photographs it would appear that you suffer from a slight excess of flaccid skin. The problem is not fat or muscle related. Liposuction with or without an adjunctive procedure such as laser or ultrasound may offer some improvement but it is not the best tool for the job and the results are unpredictable. Some form of skin resection is indicated. Judging from your pictures I would say a mini-tuck seems appropriate. You should seek out a board certified plastic surgeon for consultation. The plastic surgeon will outline the best options and potential downfalls of the procedure so that you can make an informed decision based on your anatomy and goals.I hope this helps.
From your pictures, it looks like the excess skin, and not fat, is creating the folds. In this case, a tummy tuck would be your best option. When the skin folds like an accordion while bending but looks fine when standing, the tone has typically been lost through pregnancy and/or massive weight loss. A tummy tuck is generally the procedure of choice, as it effectively removes extra skin, which the rest redrapes across the entire tummy.Click on the link below to help you understand when liposuction is warranted and when a tummy tuck is.All the best.
Your loose skin looks like it would be better treated by an excisional procedure. This may be a tummy tuck. Best to bed seen in person.
It looks as if you have excess skin as your primary issue. Liposuction will not help you. You will benefit from a mini or full tummy tuck. That will get rid of much of that excess skin.

The only thing I can share is the importance of experience. I would rather be treated with first generation liposuction equipment in the hands of the most experienced surgeon than the other way around. HydraSolve claims to have the advantage of not causing damage to "other vital...
