Is there a doctor in Chicago who does liposuction on someone considered clinically obese ?

Female 43, 5'7" 215 lb. size 16. This is an ideal size and weight for ME, it's also the ideal size for the freelance modeling work that I do. However after reaching the age of 40, I've noticed fat bulges on my back around my bra line, lower back, inner thighs & stomach. My weight usually fluctuates between 200 & 230. I've dieted & exercised but those extra fatty places won't go away without me getting smaller than I'd like to be. It may be hard for some people to understand but I love my size.

Liposuction is not a weight loss treatment, it can be used for volume reduction but is going to be limited in how much can be removed at one time.  I suggest going to a body contouring expert, not just anyone who does liposuction.  Best, Dr. Emer.
