I had a rhinoplasty and septoplasty exactly three weeks ago. I went bowling with a group and swore i wouldn't touch the ball, but then bowled with a 6 pound ball 7 times before i started feeling pressure and slight pain and stopped. My nose didn't bleed, or visibly swell afterwards. But someone said lifting weights can move my nose (for example take it from straight to crooked). I thought it only has the risk of swelling and nose bleed. Did I ruin my long term results?
