If you were to loose 10-20 pounds after a nose job, will the nose still fit your face for the most part, even after your face slimmed down? I lost weight since my nose job, and now I feel my nose doesn't fit my face anymore Drastic Weight lost after a nose job, will your nose appear different?

Drastic weight loss changes the shape and size of the face and thus alters the balance with the nose.  For example, a wider nose will look more proportional on a wider, rounder face but may appear too large on a slimmer face.

Likely what you are seeing is after your weight loss your nose may look proportional larger as your face has become slimmer.  Your nose has not changed in size or shape.

Drastic weight loss will make the face slimmer, but will have no effect on the nose since there is no fat in the nose itself.

This is definitely unusual. Weight loss will not affect the nose per se. However, if your face does significantly slim, the balance between your nose and the remainder of your facial features/ volume could change. I recommend returning to your rhinoplasty surgeon to discuss. You can also review your before and after photos as well as more recent after images following your weight loss. In general, drastic weight loss does not affect the nose.  Pre and post op photos would be helpful to determine the problem.  Follow up with your Plastic Surgeon and express your concerns.  Best wishes!
