Steroid injections after rhinoplasty. Cn you get them in your columella? (Photo)

The short answer to your question is that you can receive steroid injections in that area if your surgeon feels it is necessary. Steroid shots act to soften scar tissue and help hypertrophic or raised scars. The decision to treat should be up to you and your surgeon. That being said it is a bit early to go down that path at this time as most scars improve in that area on their own. If too aggressive steroid shots are done in that area you could end up with an unsightly depression from loss of tissue.

On the L side it does appear that the columella edge scar may be best served with a scar revision to better allign the cut edges.  

I still think to early to consider steroid injections to the columella area. If at 3 months than I might consider... Ask you surgeon their opinion... 

It is too early in the healing process to consider steroid injections.  You can expect your nose to continue healing for weeks to months.  Follow up with your Plastic Surgeon to confirm you are healing as you should.  Best wishes!
