I've heard about getting steroid injections in the tip of ur nose after rhinoplasty, but can u get them in ur columella? I'm one month post op and I have lumpy scar tissue around the open rhino scar. And my columella is more swollen one side than the other. It's hard to get a photo of the scar, but on one side it's like a step
