I went to Dr George Alexander for two different procedures and couldn't be happier. I first had to replace my old implants as they were getting way too old,. Dr alexander did a marvelous job, he is courteous, explains everything so you know exactly what he is doing and his surgery is very easy to go through and without hardly any recovery time or issues.

Dr. Alexander and staff are extremely caring and welcoming. Everyone made me feel safe and secure with such a scary decision to finally get a breast augmentation. Recovery was a breeze and concerns were addressed in a timely manner. I wanted a fuller, natural look and Dr. Alexander delivered that. My results are beautiful and I am so happy I choose him.

Dr Alexander and ALL of his team members are amazing! I always felt heard and encouraged to reach out anytime I had a question or concern and felt like I was their number one priority. During my initial consultation and prior to surgery they took the time to answer questions on expected results and expectations and continued to give me feedback on what to expect after my procedure. I am beyond happy with the results and am so thankful for Dr Alexander and his team!

I was very nervous about how I would feel about the final result after having my implants taken out. Dr. Alexander was very patient and reassuring. Everything was amazing! From the paper work, discussing the procedure (before, during, and after), the whole staff was very attentive to details and my wants, and Dr Alexander is beyond what I had expected! Very respectful, positive energy, caring, and attentive!

I had the mommy makeover package, with implants, liposuction and tummy tuck. The office staff was amazing, always friendly and helpful, regardless of my many calls with questions and/or concerns. From the very first visit, Dr. Alexander made me feel comfortable, like I was included in an exclusive group. I have always felt like I was receiving exceptional care. I’m a little over a month post breast augmentation, and I couldn’t be more delighted so far with the results of my ba. I had a very thorough consultation and came prepared with a list of questions for him and his staff. They all took time to discuss all options and risks and benefits with me, and I felt comfortable and couldn’t wait to get my surgery over with.

I’ve wanted a larger chest since I was a teenager (I’m now in my early 30s), and I opted for gummy bears 425cc on the left to 450cc on the right. I cannot believe how natural they look but also voluptuous and perfectly suited for my body. I gave him several photos to go on and he took them into surgery with him and as they settle I am beginning to see how they are resembling the photos! He’s literally a magician and/or wizard of breast augmentations. He’s also very kind and patient when meeting with him. He’s the mac-daddy of breast augmentation.

I can’t give enough praise to Dr. Alexander and his staff. Every single person that I have interacted with has been nothing short of amazing. I truly felt like I was the only patient in his care, from start to finish. The office is beautiful, you walk in and are greeted by name, no wait time during appointments, instructions were super thorough and everything was printed in a folder, financing was a breeze, the surgery went amazing, post op care has been top notch, seriously I don’t have one complaint (and I’m a critical person). This office is like a well oiled machine, they have the process and every detail down to a “t”. Dr. Alexander is so skilled and just the most kind, down to earth doctor I have met. The outcome has been more than I had hoped for, and it was so much easier than I expected. Nina and Lindsey are so knowledgeable and caring, they completely put me at ease. Any question I’ve had has been answered immediately, even when calling after hours. I had a procedure done with another surgeon in LV a few years ago (Dr. Lane Smith) and while the experience wasn’t horrible, I definitely didn’t hesitate to go with another doctor this time around. His office was so unresponsive and not the most caring. Plus wait times were insane! I definitely didn’t feel like I was important there. I wish I had gone with Dr. Alexander prior because this experience was soooooo much better. Highly recommend this doctor to everyone!

Dr Alexander and his team are amazing! Lindsay and Jami took excellent care of me making sure all my questions were answered and all my pre and post op appointments were thorough and I never felt rushed. They gave me all the time in the world to try on sizers and guided me every step of the way. I genuinely enjoyed every visit to the office, not only are they caring and professional but fun as well.
Dr Alexander took time to go over all my wish photos and help me choose the perfect implants to suit both my dream aesthetic and lifestyle. He made me feel comfortable and at ease, even calling me the night before surgery to further help calm my nerves.
I could not be happier with my results! In the photo I’m 5 weeks post op 640cc, classic profile, over the muscle. This whole experience has been nothing short of awesome, I highly recommend Dr Alexander and Co to anyone who is considering a breast augmentation or any procedure for that matter. They are the hands down THE BEST!!
