Question

My lips aren’t symmetric where one side (left side) looks less plump and more downward compared to the other side (right side). Can this be fixed without surgery? Could fillers and/or Botox help?

I would start with the botox on the upper lip on left side 1 unit. I dont think you need to consider surgery yet. you could also try outlining the upper vermilion border .

We all have facial asymmetry to some degree which is considered normal.  Fillers can help improve the volume discrepancies to your lips.  Botox can help with a lip flip which would expose more of the "pink" part of the lip.  See an expert injector for treatment.

Sometimes people need to just put down the magnifying mirror and stop looking for imperfections!   You are a beautiful woman!   Your lips are so close to perfect that I had to look at them for a few minutes to even see the asymmetry that you are talking about!   Don't be so self critical! Human is quite a symmetric on all people.
Most of the asymmetry is based on skeletal structure.
I don’t think you should attempt to correct the asymmetry because it’s normal and not based on volume(fillers) or muscle function(Botox)
