I am 32 female of south asian descent. I want a more heart face shape and more plump lips. My lips are wonky and my nose doesnt look right on my face.

Thank you for sharing your question and posting your photos. You do not seem to be lacking in lip volume. A mild fill could be attractive, but be cautious not to be over-filled.  See an experienced oculofacial surgeon for detailed evaluation and treatment.

HiYour lip proportions should be corrected with lip filler to have more lower lip volume It will not affect you face shape You can have chin fillers to create a desired face shape You better correct those before addressing nose which, to me, is a less priority

Lip fillers will make your lips bigger.
I don’t think you’re going to change the rest of your face or how the rest of your face is seen by getting lip fillers 
I also don’t see anything wrong with your face or any need for intervention.
