Thank you for your question and for sharing your photo. Lip fillers are a great option for enhancing lip volume and creating a more balanced appearance, but they do not directly make the chin or face look less long. Lip fillers primarily add fullness and definition to the lips, which can draw attention to the center of the face and subtly improve overall facial harmony. If your goal is to achieve a more heart-shaped face and address concerns about facial length or chin prominence, a combination of treatments may be more effective. Options such as cheek or midface fillers can add width to the upper face, while chin or jawline contouring can help refine the lower face. These approaches, when tailored to your unique features, can create a more balanced and harmonious look. For lip asymmetry, precise filler placement can help improve symmetry and shape. If you are also concerned about your nose, non-surgical rhinoplasty with fillers may be an option to consider for subtle refinements.A personalized consultation with an experienced injector is the best way to develop a treatment plan that addresses your specific goals and facial features. I hope this helps clarify your options!
Thank you for sharing your question and posting your photos. You do not seem to be lacking in lip volume. A mild fill could be attractive, but be cautious not to be over-filled. See an experienced oculofacial surgeon for detailed evaluation and treatment. Good luck!
HiYour lip proportions should be corrected with lip filler to have more lower lip volume It will not affect you face shape You can have chin fillers to create a desired face shape You better correct those before addressing nose which, to me, is a less priority
Lip fillers will make your lips bigger.I don’t think you’re going to change the rest of your face or how the rest of your face is seen by getting lip fillers I also don’t see anything wrong with your face or any need for intervention.Best,Mats Hagstrom MD
