3 months ago I had 0,6 ml juvederm for the first in my lips. It was injected wrong and it looked migrated since day 1. After two weeks I got it dissolved. 2 weeks later they dissolved the filler mustache again. The last pic is what it looks after 2 dissolve sessions. Is this still filler, skin that stretched or scarring? 0,6 is such a small amount of filler so I am worried. My injexctor doesn't see the problem and says it looks normal.

Wrinkles around the mouth are best treated by ablative treatments. This would include dermabrasion and CO2 lasers. These treatments remove the top layer of skin and allow it to rejuvenate, removing fine wrinkles. This treatment works best around the mouth.
If you have lip filler now it is fine to get a top up in four to five months. Depending on the filler selected and the amount injected your filler should last six to twelve months. Visit with an expert injector and follow your post treatment instructions to minimize your risk for lip filler...
Lip fillers will make your lips bigger.
I don’t think you’re going to change the rest of your face or how the rest of your face is seen by getting lip fillers
I also don’t see anything wrong with your face or any need for intervention.
