Irregularities around the corners of your mouth is not uncommon.
Sometimes these are referred to as peri oral mounds though they often have slightly different locations. These contour irregularities are poorly understood and inherently difficult to treat.
It is usually not related to a volume excess or deficit, but rather tension from contraction of muscles of facial expression and connective tissue.
These contours can develop and evolve overtime.
It’s not necessarily related to your previous previous fillers.
Fillers may be helpful, but as you mentioned, Kan also make things worse.
The problem is not related, and therefore, volume augmentation is often not the treatment of choice.
I think this condition is difficult and complex and may not be quality treatment that will be consistently successful.
