Can using a facelift belt make the face slimmer and more V-shaped?

This product claims that can make face slimmer and make the v-shape on the face which many Asians really, really love it, my question, is it true that face can reduce by simply using this product religiously? Like pull the skin up everyday

If those products really would work, surgeons would be out of business.Patients and consumers should be aware that may products out there, specially those promoted in countries outside the US could be an scam due to of lack of regulations.
