I would like to get a home facial skin lift tool for my sinking jawl line and some wrinkles. What is the safest tool to purchase for me? The picture I'm showing is an older one.

I am afraid that the old adage, "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is" will be very accurate for this type of treatment.  While good skin care is always a great idea, it will not offer any significant reversal of facial aging changes.

I'm aware of nothing that can aid in facial rejuvenation they can be used at home. A pacemaker is not necessarily a contraindication to surgery but certainly is a major consideration.

Unfortunately, once you start having excess skin ( jowls, cheeks, neck areas) - the only way to tighten it is by undergoing a surgery- facelift/neck lift. Any other home devices that claim they can do miracles - are a waste of money and time.

I can understand your concern about plastic surgery given that you have a pacemaker. However I can tell you there are no "home tools" that can tighten your face. Instead, there are terrific surgical and NON-surgical methods of giving you a more youthful look, with lower risks. You just need to find a qualified, experienced facial specialist who can get to know your anatomy and provide treatment recommendations. Surgical procedures under only local anesthesia is a safe approach used by many surgeons. Seek one out in your area that uses local anesthesia exclusively. Given your medical history, this would be your safest method of looking younger. I'd still refer you to your primary care doctor or cardiologist to clear you. I wish you the best!

Do it yourself facial skin lift kits are essentially a scam, but are very safe.  At age 67, surgical solutions are the most effective way to achieve any meaningful change, but may not be appropriate for your given your Cardiac status.  You may or may not want to pursue a procedure such as a facelift, but would require a cardiac clearance to do so.
