Female. I was using 5% rogaine daily, one day I stopped and went to every other day. Bad move. Hair loss came back and is worse (I can't even brush my hair anymore), I added spironolactone 50mg daily (have been on this for 3 weeks now). Initially rogaine stopped slowed my hair loss by week 2 and by 1 mo stopped it. I have been back on the rogain daily for 1.5 months now along with the spiro 50mg for 3 weeks. Will adding tretinoin solution help or can it make my situation worse?
