Can I use Rogaine on Keratin treated hair?

I have female pattern baldness and I use rogaine. I just got the keratin treatment in my hair. Can I use rogaine on my treated hair? Will it cancel out either result?

It would be best to discuss your issues with your doctor.  If you trusted your doctor with your surgery, it would be best to trust your doctor with post operative care and follow up.

It will most likely not cause a hair fall. I suggest seeing a hair loss expert to evaluate and go over your condition and provide you information about your best treatment options. There are great non-invasive options like prp/progesterone and/or hair transplantation. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

The average half life of topical Rogaine is 22 hours.  So it should be out of your system shortly thereafter.  Keep in mind once completely out of your system you will resume with losing hair. Perhaps try a different brand of Rogaine, maybe you are allergic to an additive in the particular b...
