Can you use Rogaine after an eyebrow transplant?

Yes but generally it is used to speed up the final results of a transplant, not to change the results themselves. So at 2 years I doubt it will create a significant difference for you, but it certainly couldn't hurt to try. If you want better results there are more viable options for you.

Use of minoxidil consistently will help improve the length of the follicles that are present now and it could also awakens some hibernating follicles as well. At two years out after your procedure, most likely all the grafts that have been transplanted are already grown and ultimately if the density is not yet what you hope, you may need a touchup procedure to improve density or reshape your breath.

The use of minoxidil to fill in a partly failed eyebrow transplant is not the way to go. Ask your surgeon to redo the surgery at his/her cost, something I would do

Yes you can use Rogaine after an eyebrow transplant. It won't hurt and you may see some new growth. You may also want to try Latisse, it is typically used for eyelashes but has been shown to produce good results on eyebrows as well.
