There is no conclusive evidence that acupuncture can increase breast size. Only surgery can help including implants and fat grafting.

Acupuncture is an accepted medical procedure that works well for a variety of medical conditions including joint pain, muscle aches and pain and chronic pain syndromes.  However, it does make small breasts larger!  Sorry, great idea though.

I am sorry to say that there is no option other that surgery (or pregnancy :-)  )  that will increase breast size.  I would suggest talking to a board certified plastic surgeon in your area for more options.
