I have banana boobs. Gravity is making them sag down farther and farther as I grow older. Everything online says people only have those from having children, and then talks about treatments for if you've had kids. I have never been pregnant, almost pregnant or had a child. They are just like that. It looks like my breasts are missing the support on top and I was hoping they could just pull up the skin or remove from skin from the top. I am only 22 years old.

Answer: Surgery to address sagging Hello,It is not uncommon for women who haven't had children to have breast sagging simply due to gravity/weight. You may benefit from a breast lift procedure where excess skin is removed and the breasts are "lifted" while repositioning the nipples higher on the breast mound. You may also benefit from breast augmentation with breast implants. The best way to find out what your options are to help you make your decision is to book an in-person consultation with a Qualified Plastic Surgeon. All the best!
