I have banana boobs. I need to know the best ways to get these fixed. Any suggestions?

Hello,  a proper consult would be needed to confirm your best option.  In general if there is very loose, sagging skin and low nipple position, some type of breast lift procedure is used to improve the overall breast shape.  Some people will add further volume by transferring fat to the breasts or inserting implants.

You may benefit from a breast lift procedure where excess skin is removed and the breasts are "lifted" while repositioning the nipples higher on the breast mound. There is almost certainly a solution that can dramatically improve the shape and appearance of your breasts and without photos or a physical examination in person, the best guess is that you need a form of mastopexy or breast lift. I woukd encourage you to schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon experienced in aesthetic breast surgery. Remember that no two women have the same breasts and the shape of your breasts is as individual as the color of your eyes or your height.
