It should not be an issue if you only have a blood clot. It is different when you have a blood clotting disorder. Contact your doctor to know more about this.
There is no specific contraindication to receive cosmetic Botox while you have a blood clot. However, medications that are commonly taken may lead to higher risk of bleeding and bruising. I encourage you to discuss your concerns with your injector.
