Answer: Does Botox on the forehead wear off faster for first timer users and does making facial expressions have any impact? Hello, Thank you for your question. Botox injection is an excellent treatment for facial wrinkles and works by temporarily paralyzing the targeted muscles. Results typically last 3-4 months and the duration is similar for first-time users vs. someone who is having repeat injections. I would recommend an in person consultation with a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon, in order to discuss your goals and concerns for the best cosmetic results. I hope this helps. Best regards, Dr. Karanetz Dr. Irena KaranetzFellowship-TrainedBoard Certified Plastic Surgeon

Answer: Botox- First Timer Thank you for your question. Botox lasts 3-4 months on average for patients, which is also true for first timers. If you do not feel it lasted that time the injector might need to up the dosage for desired result. I hope this helps and best of luck to you.

Answer: Botox Botox treatments are in full effect two weeks after injection. The results will gradually fade over three to four months for typical patients. This is true for first time patients as well. If the results are not lasting for you it may be that more product is needed. I encourage you to return to your injector for an evaluation.
