At the consultation Dr. Tomsic talked to me about the procedure, go over any medication or conditions you might have, your lifestyle, my expectations, how long I'd been thinking about the procedure. Hes very knowledgeable and professional. I was interested in whichever profile and cc would best achieve the photos I collected of what I was hoping for. I wanted as large as would be safe and reccomended.

The month and week leading to surgery I got bloodwork and a mammogram to be sure I was healthy, filled out and sent in forms. The week before you are called and explained what to do to get yourself ready and healthy.

Day of surgery after arriving you fill out papers, get an iv , Kim will talk to you and she is very lovely and knows so much. Day after go back to see her and Dr Tomsic , all was good.
My outcome is nearing a month and it's been such an easy process. The breast augmentation is healing so well and I'm really happy with what size and profile I have, they are large but look very proportional.
I'd been getting botox at the skin center for awhile and they are very professional there and clean, so I felt very trusting of having my procedure done at their surgical center which was lovely and clean also with the same energy.

Dr.Tomsic really cares about his work and im happy with the way he shaped my body. I had quite a lot done at once and was pleased with the outcome. The first month is a haze, it's major surgery so you experience pain and discomfort bur the post op directions are thorough. You have a nurse to call and text whenever you have any questions or concerns. I would definitely go back to Dr.Tomsic in the future if I have any other work done.

Dr. Tomsic is not JUST a surgeon, he is an artist. He sculpted my body and surgically removed 18 years of the agony that presented itself as my tummy flap. My twin pregnancy wrecked my abdominal muscles and left me with a pouch that I had to tuck into my pants. He was gentle, kind, and professional. I researched surgeons for years before finding his practice. His belly button work is phenomenal. I feel naturally aesthetic now.

I gained 102 lbs pregnant and completely destroyed my body. I went from an hourglass to an apple, even with 80lbs of weight loss my stomach barely shrank at all. Gestational diabetes had changed the way and where my body stored fat to be all in my hips and belly.
Dr. Tomsic was my only choice. Even though I live in the Mecca of plastic surgeons, Newport Beach CA, I still flew to Pittsburgh because his results are that good. Nobody is doing perfect mommy makeovers every single day for years. I watched him for 2 years before I booked, and I'm so glad I did.
I paid $26000 for extended tummy tuck, lipo 360 and 405cc Natrelle gummy bear implants over the muscle peri aureolar. He excised a 26x5" apron of hanging skin and removed 4000 ccs or 8 lbs of fat from my hips to my braline 360 degrees.
Day 1-3 was awful, like a c-section but also being beaten and stabbed. Which is what liposuction feels like, the boobs barely hurt and the tummy tuck incision is numb. Having 1200 lipo strokes under 2 corsets of pressure is painful as hell.

Just wanted to show a 2 week update. Drains still in. Swelling is going down. Boobs look and feel amazing, went from a size 12 to a size 8 on the table. Surgery removed 3 lbs of skin and 8 lbs of fat.

Now that I'm 90 days post op I'm really seeing ab definition from the v line ab etching Dr. Tomsic did. My boobs don't hurt at all and my size has settled at a 36DD (from a 36D pre-surgery). I can't believe how good my results are and I'm so freaking happy. I know it'll look even better by 6 months.

I feel amazing, as I'm working on increasing strength training and adding ab exercises, which makes the v-line ab etching even better!

My pre-surgical breast size was 36D, my post surgical size has settled at a 36DD and looks/ feels totally natural. I couldn't be happier with my results.

This was my first major surgery. I was terrified. And the whole staff took such good care of me. Dr. Tomsic gave me everything I wanted and exceeded my expectations. I got a TT BBL skin tightening laser of arms thighs and back and lipo on arms and thighs. I lost 80 pounds to get this surgery and I knew Dr. Tomsic was the right doctor for me. One month post op and I’m wearing a bikini for the first time in 8 years!

I researched plastic surgeons for over a year and came across the Skin Center on IG. I was very impressed with the before and after photos, particularity with the fine suturing with TT scars. After several consultations with various surgeons, I decided to travel out of state for surgery and move forward with Dr. Tomsic.

I'm one month post op and absolutely thrilled with my TT/BBL results. Dr Tomsic is really everything you want in a surgeon and his work is amazing. He was very honest in which procedures would not correct excess skin issues and helped me create a plan to attain my desired results.

The staff is incredibly responsive and the process from inquiry to surgery was a breeze. I would highly recommend anyone consider Dr. Tomsic for their surgery. I could not be happier and can not wait to see my final result!

Had tummy tuck, bbl, Lipo 350 and skin tightening. Love the results, I’m POD 9, back to work and loving the changes. Still swollen but everyday is a huge improvement! Best advice I can give is to follow instructions. If you’re told to get up every 20 minutes, do it.

First off, the staff is AMAZING!! I felt so comfortable I wasn’t even nervous anymore. I had lipo360 & a BBL and I am in love! So natural and flawless. Dr. Tomsic is great and gave me exactly what I wanted!

Initially, I did a FaceTime with the surgeon Dr. Tomsic and he told me he can help the imperfections of my past surgeries from bad liposuction. When I went in for surgery he was able to address my concerns and understand why I'm afraid to get more lipo due to my experiences. I thought maybe his lipo machine was gonna fix my issue because it was good for skin tightening. Anyways, due to the fact evaluating me in person is better than a FaceTime he was able to see things he couldn't on FaceTime. He told me he wasn't sure if he could help me. He could possibly make it better or can possibly make it worst. I have scar tissue/fibrosis and barely any fat. Therefore, liposuction isn't going to really break down that scar tissue which I thought it would. It's hard to tell through FaceTime so try to do in-person consults. He told me he wasn't fully sure if I would get a good outcome due to the fact I've had past liposuction procedures and I have little to no fat and he didn't wanna make it worse and he cannot give me a realistic expectation of the surgery outcome. In plain words, I believe he was telling me he didn't think it would be worth doing. I need to see a specialist in this kind of revision. I have dents in my stomach due to scar tissue and in some spots uneven lipo. The Skincenter refunded me my money and the doctor was completely honest with me. I believe surgeons out there today just want to take your money and he for sure has a good heart and exceeding knowledge to say no to me. The staff is incredible. My nurse was an angel and helped me emotionally. She had an amazing bedside manner. I wish I remember her name. As you can imagine I was very upset about this information. Driving 5 hours each way to go home with the same body was depressing. I look at it like he could have possibly made things worst for me. He gave me his professional opinion which saved me 6k. He cares about his work and his reputation. I appreciate the whole team. Highly recommended surgeon.

I recently had my lipo 360 & bbl procedure with Dr. Tomsic in September and am completely blown away by my results!
My experience at the Skin Center is always fantastic the entire staff is beyond friendly, caring, and informative. From the time I had my consult, to the day of surgery I was made to feel comfortable and confident about my procedure. Any questions I had were answered and I felt extremely comfortable.
Dr. Tomsic was so meticulous when mapping out my body, and the results speak for themselves. The day after surgery my results were more than apparent and as the months have gone on they've only gotten better and better. I'm still only two months out and can't wait to see my final results!
I really am thrilled and couldn't recommend Dr. Tomsic and the skin center more if you are considering this procedure!
