Are these fat bags under my eyes? Would it be a complicated surgery to remove them? (photos)

I had tear trough filler (volbella) a few years back that made the situation worse (more pronounced 'bags') and has since been dissolved. I still have what I see as hollowness but also 'bags' under the hollow. Is what i'm seeing actually fat bags that sit so low under my eye? If yes, would removal likely suffice and is this a complicated surgery?

You have a combination of lower eyelid fat and festoons. Lower lid blepharoplasty is performed to remove and reposition the lower lid fat to give a smooth transition from the lower lid to cheek. Festoons are more difficult to treat but can be improve with a combination of surgery and laser resurfacing. Best to see an eyelid expert in your area.

From your photo it appears you would benefit from a lower blepharoplasty to address the lower eyelid area and an upper blepharoplasty to address the upper lid.  This will remove excess skin and give a rejuvenated look to this area.  You also have festoons.  These are more difficult to treat.  Some patients find improvement with Morpheus8 treatments.
