Hello I've lost 100 pounds and would like to have a tummy tuck. How can I fix my breast with least amount of scarring? And cost please. Thanks
Answer: Breast Lift and Tummy tuck after massive weight loss Thank you for your question. Based on your photographs you are a good candidate for a lipo-abdominoplasty and a vertical scar breast lift to minimise the scars. The cost will depend on the extent of surgery and the experience, expertise and geographical location of your surgeon. Please find an experienced Board certified Plastic surgeon who can examine you and help you with all your concerns. All the best! ¸

Answer: Cost of tummy tuck and breast lift after weight loss? What are the best minimal scarring options? (photos) Congratulations in reaching a healthy weight to reduce the risks of complications during and after surgery and to ensure optimal results. A vertical breast lift avoids the scar in the crease of the breast, but any substantial lift will result in scars. Costs will vary by demand for the surgeon, geographical location, cope of treatment, and several other factors such as follow-up visits, type of anesthesia, etc. Consult with a board certified surgeon via email or Skype for an in-depth evaluation of the best path forward for you to achieve your end goals.

Answer: Mommy makeover Thanks for your question! Congratulations on your weight loss. Regarding price, that will vary surgeon to surgeon, region to region. I would definitely advise an in person consultation to determine costs. Regarding scarring, to get you optimal results, you are going to have to be okay with some scarring. In most patients, if you partner with your surgeon for good scar care, you should be able to get a nice scarring result. Good luck!

Answer: Would liposuction help me lose my tummy area? Report Thank you for your question and photograph. Unfortunately, at 5 foot seven First, let me congratulate you on losing 100 pounds. That is quite a feat, and I'm sure you are proud of yourself for that, and you have every right to be. A mommy makeover for you would be a tummy tuck and a breast lift. If you wish to have larger breasts, you may also want breast implants along with the uplift. The scar would be the typical anchor scar, but with no stitch marks. Unless you are a keloid former, the scars will subside with time and be reasonably inconspicuous. For the tummy tuck you will have a horizontal scar in your lower abdomen and one scar around your umbilicus. The various details of this procedure would have to be discussed with you after an in-person examination by a board certified plastic surgeon. The average cost for the above procedure is from $12 - $14,000 according to exactly what surgery is needed. Thank you for your question and photographs, and best of luck to you. I feel certain you will be elated with the surgery. E. Ronald Finger, MD, FACS

Answer: My recommendation Hello dear! Thanks for the pictures and provided information as well. Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for liposuction, breast augmentation with lift and a full tummy tuck, to give you a nice tight tummy and get rid of the extra skin. Along with the tummy tuck, liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You improve your waist, back and flanks. Breast augmentation with the anchor lift. Implants will add to your skin will be a lot, so, you'll totally need a lift and your breast are already sagging. You may want to consider breast augmentation sub muscular. Know that the size, profile, and shape of the implant is based on your desired breast size/shape, your chest wall measurements, and soft tissue quality. This decision should be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you and your surgeon. It is important that you communicate to your board-certified plastic surgeon what are expecting, to make certain that your goals are realistic. It's helpful to show pictures of results you'd like, but please keep in mind that these are other people and your body is different from everybody. In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less. l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know. Good luck :)
