Thank you for your question. Based on your photographs you are a good candidate for a lipo-abdominoplasty and a vertical scar breast lift to minimise the scars. The cost will depend on the extent of surgery and the experience, expertise and geographical location of your surgeon. Please find an experienced Board certified Plastic surgeon who can examine you and help you with all your concerns. All the best!¸
Congratulations in reaching a healthy weight to reduce the risks of complications during and after surgery and to ensure optimal results. A vertical breast lift avoids the scar in the crease of the breast, but any substantial lift will result in scars. Costs will vary by demand for the surgeon, geographical location, cope of treatment, and several other factors such as follow-up visits, type of anesthesia, etc. Consult with a board certified surgeon via email or Skype for an in-depth evaluation of the best path forward for you to achieve your end goals.
Thanks for your question! Congratulations on your weight loss. Regarding price, that will vary surgeon to surgeon, region to region. I would definitely advise an in person consultation to determine costs. Regarding scarring, to get you optimal results, you are going to have to be okay with some scarring. In most patients, if you partner with your surgeon for good scar care, you should be able to get a nice scarring result. Good luck!
Hello dear! Thanks for the pictures and provided information as well.Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for liposuction, breast augmentation with lift and a full tummy tuck, to give you a nice tight tummy and get rid of the extra skin.Along with the tummy tuck, liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You improve your waist, back and flanks.Breast augmentation with the anchor lift. Implants will add to your skin will be a lot, so, you'll totally need a lift and your breast are already sagging. You may want to consider breast augmentation sub muscular. Know that the size, profile, and shape of the implant is based on your desired breast size/shape, your chest wall measurements, and soft tissue quality. This decision should be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you and your surgeon. It is important that you communicate to your board-certified plastic surgeon what are expecting, to make certain that your goals are realistic. It's helpful to show pictures of results you'd like, but please keep in mind that these are other people and your body is different from everybody. In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.Good luck :)
Congrats on your weight loss! Based on limited photos you appear to be a good candidate for an extended tummy tuck with muscle tightening, as well as breast lift. Scars are the tradeoff, and with the right scar management they fade overtime. Prices will vary from Practice to practice, depending on Surgeon's experience , facility that they use, Anesthesia etc. I suggest that you seek the most experienced Surgeon for this job. Good luck!
Congrats on the weight loss, that is amazing! It is best to be seen in person, but based on the photos alone, you appear to be a candidate for an extended tummy tuck with a breast lift (with or without implants). A tummy tuck will remove the excess skin and fat from the middle and lower abdomen and tightens the muscle and fascia of the abdominal wall creating an abdominal profile that is smoother and firmer. Liposuction on the flanks is often done with a tummy tuck to help achieve an hour glass figure. A breast lift would raise the breasts by correcting and modifying the size, contour, and elevation of the breasts by removing excess skin and tightening the surround tissue to reshape and support the new breast contour. If you are looking for more volume, you might want to consider a breast implant, which is completely dependent on your preference. I would consult with a plastic surgeon in person so they may best explain the procedures that will help you achieve the aesthetic results you desire. Good luck!Kamran Azad MD, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon
I would begin with your breasts. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. At the same time or later, you can undergo a tummy tuck. If you are not planning future pregnancies, the technique I recommend is abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight. Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
Patient like you who loose significant amount of weight, will present with extensive skin laxity and would require, usually, longer procedures because of significant skin excisions (abdominoplasty, breast reduction/lift). For that reason it may not be that simple to predict extent of your surgeries and costs involved without evaluating you in person. Good luck.
Dear shana800,the cost of surgery depends on a lot of factors (type of surgery, number of treated areas, anesthesia fee, surgeon, facility fee, city, etc.). It would be the best to visit or call plastic surgery offices and ask for a price.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Thank you for sharing your question and photographs and congratulations on your impressive weight loss. it appears that you would be an excellent candidate for a full tummy tuck and liposuction of your waist and flanks. The tummy tuck will tighten your stomach muscles, helping to achieve a flatter appearance, while removing excess skin and adipose tissue. Liposuction can be used to enhance your tummy tuck results by narrowing your waist and removing isolated areas of diet and exercise resistant fat. A breast lift would likely entail the anchor incision pattern of skin removal so be sure to check out photographs on this website of them. Costs vary tremendously based on area of the country and exact procedures needed, I would recommend seeking out a series of consultations to get the best idea for the Orlando area.
