Congratulations in reaching a healthy weight to reduce the risks of complications during and after surgery and to ensure optimal results.  A vertical breast lift avoids the scar in the crease of the breast, but any substantial lift will result in scars. I would definitely advise an in person consultation to determine costs. Regarding scarring, to get you optimal results, you are going to have to be okay with some scarring. Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for liposuction, breast augmentation with lift and a full tummy tuck, to give you a nice tight tummy and get rid of the extra skin.
Along with the tummy tuck, liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You improve your waist, back and flanks.
Breast augmentation with the anchor lift. Implants will add to your skin will be a lot, so, you'll totally need a lift and your breast are already sagging. You may want to consider breast augmentation sub muscular. 
Know that the size, profile, and shape of the implant is based on your desired breast size/shape, your chest wall measurements, and soft tissue quality.  This decision should be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you and your surgeon.   
It is important that you communicate to your board-certified plastic surgeon what are expecting, to make certain that your goals are realistic. It's helpful to show pictures of results you'd like, but please keep in mind that these are other people and your body is different from everybody.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.

Congrats on your weight loss! Based on limited photos you appear to be a good candidate for an extended tummy tuck with muscle tightening, as well as breast lift. Scars are the tradeoff, and with the right scar management they fade overtime. Congrats on the weight loss, that is amazing! It is best to be seen in person, but based on the photos alone, you appear to be a candidate for an extended tummy tuck with a breast lift (with or without implants). A tummy tuck will remove the excess skin and fat 
from the middle and lower abdomen and tightens the muscle and fascia of 
the abdominal wall creating an abdominal profile that is smoother and 
firmer. Liposuction on the flanks is often done with a tummy tuck to 
help achieve an hour glass figure. A breast lift would raise the breasts by correcting and modifying the size, contour, and elevation of the breasts by removing excess skin and tightening the surround tissue to reshape and support the new breast contour. If you are looking for more volume, you might want to consider a breast implant, which is completely dependent on your preference. I would consult with a plastic 
surgeon in person so they may best explain the procedures that will help

I would begin with your breasts.  The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method.  This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage.  Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained.  At the same time or later, you can undergo a tummy tuck.  If you are not planning future pregnancies, the technique I recommend is abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement.  The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight.  Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Patient like you who loose significant amount of weight, will present with extensive skin laxity and would require, usually, longer procedures because of significant skin excisions (abdominoplasty, breast reduction/lift).
