Can I use an ice compress directly on my nose post rhinoplasty?

Hi! Im a week and half away from being 5 months op and it seems to be the cause of my swelling is mostly the heat. My nose swelling was more down the first few months because it was still cold where im from now that its hot the swelling came back big time! Can I use cold compresses on my nose regularely without causing any damage or is it risky?

You can use moisturizer after rhinoplasty.  Arnica helps swelling and bruises disappear faster.  If you want to remove blackheads, use facial wash gel.  You can try soft peels.
