What can I do to slim down my neck? (photos)

34 year old trans woman here. I have gained weight, and I am not happy about my neck. I’ve had lipo as well as kybella done. Nothing seems to work. I’m at 210 right now. I plan on losing at least 20 lbs. I’ve uploaded a picture of what I use to look like when I was thinner. I want to go back to that.

Thank you for your question. There are three aspects to consider.

The girth of the neck in the front can be significantly influenced with surgery, and the deep plane neck lift is the solution that provides the most powerful change.

In the lateral part of the neck, it is possible to do a small amount of liposuction, mostly in the upper half.

In the back of the neck, in general, it is just weight loss that will make a significant impact.

Hi Amayataina19, If you are planning on loosing more weight, I suggest you provide recent pictures after loosing all the weight you are trying to loose, before providing you with a recommendation. Skin tends to change when you loose certain amount of weight.
