It is difficult to say without assessing you in person. It is unusual for pain to happen this far out post op.I suggest speaking with your surgeon to discuss your concerns.Regards,
Hello, thank you for your recent question! Without an in person exam this is something that is hard to give an answer on. My best recommendation would be to contact your surgeon and ask to be seen. Best of Luck !
Thanks for your inquiry, but without an exam it is hard to advise, please visit your plastic surgeon to be examined, good luck.
Dear 8jgarza, Most likely what happened is that you strained your pec major muscle and caused a split in the capsule that is surrounding your breast implant. That in turn has led to inflammation and the warm feeling. The treatment is just to rest the area for three to four weeks and take anti-inflammatories such as ibuprofen until it resolves. I hope this has been helpful.Robert D. Wilcox, M.D.
There certainly can be unusual sensations in the breasts many months after breast augmentation especially with implants placed under the pectoral muscle. These sensations are dependant on types and frequency of activities and the size of the implants. The capsule that forms around the implant and attaches to the muslce can tear or stretch with activity creating inflammation which feels warm. This "capsulitis" will usually resolve in a few days with rest and anti-inflammatory medication like Ibuprofen. If it persists, you should definitely see your board certified plastic surgeon.

I'm assuming its just on the right side? In any event, it doesn't look like a hypertrophic scar or keloid. It also doesn't look like a part of the implant sticking out either. It might just be some scar tissue buildup. However, it does need to be examined. If you can't get to your plastic...
