I am close to 4 months post op, I had 560cc, silicone, placed under the muscle, with the incisions under my breasts. I noticed today that when I lift my arm up, a lump appears on my incision. Getting to my PS is a 4 hour trip, so I'd love to get some opinions on here before making the journey.

Answer: Lump on incision I'm assuming its just on the right side? In any event, it doesn't look like a hypertrophic scar or keloid. It also doesn't look like a part of the implant sticking out either. It might just be some scar tissue buildup. However, it does need to be examined. If you can't get to your plastic surgeon easily, then see a local one closer to you. It might be something simple that may be watched, or a simple scar revision could be done.
