I am close to 4 months post op, I had 560cc, silicone, placed under the muscle, with the incisions under my breasts. I noticed today that when I lift my arm up, a lump appears on my incision. Getting to my PS is a 4 hour trip, so I'd love to get some opinions on here before making the journey.

Its likely that everything you're experiencing is swelling related. And if so, all you can really do is give ti time for it so subside and resolve. Please let your surgeon know of any of your concerns so it can be assessed and reassurances provided where beneficial.
Sometimes after an augmentation, there will be some air trapped underneath the skin. This can give the sensation/sound of what you are describing. There is no cause for concern as the emphysema will resolve over the next several days. If concerned, make sure to address this...
