Hello, I had a full body lipo 6 months ago, I felt a hard lump above my incision line on my pubic area. A month ago a have a retouch lipo, the incision was done where the old incision was and the hard lump was completely gone, I was very happy but tonight (one more later) I feel a new small hard lump at the same spot where the first lump was. Why this hard lump was formed again? What should I do for this lump to be completely gone? Thank you.

Thanks for the question. Generally, most patients can fly within 24 to 48 hours after liposuction surgery. However, car or airplane travel should be avoided to prevent the risk of blood clots in the legs. I wish you all the best.
Liposuction is best performed on focal trouble areas for patients who are of normal body weight, or are only modestly overweight. Unfortunately patients who are significantly overweight are unlikely to see a major improvement in their overall body contour.
In general the answer is yes. I have treated patients with a lap band but try to avoid the region directly around the port so not to disrupt it. Best of luck.
