I had (non consented) liposuction done under the crease fold all the way up to the hip bone right where the leg starts. Now that bone is visible and palpable as it looks like all the fat was taken out. I was already super skinny 100lbs and I was only interested in reducing abdominal fat, also but drop. I´m experiencing severe and constant pain where those bones are specially. I´m almost 3 months post of. What should I expect? Thanks in advance for your answers.

Answer: Liposuction and postoperative prolonged pain.
It is typically safe for Diabetics to have liposuction as long as the diabetes is controlled. Your best bet would be to get surgical clearance from your medical doctor or endocrinologist before preceeding.
Thank you for your question and sorry for your complication which in itself would keep things swollen. That said wear compressive garments to help decrease the swelling and be patient Dr Corbin
Usually only cases that would be covered by insurance need a referral. However, your GP should be an excellent source of information on plastic surgeons in your area. Take care and good luck.
