Dysport in crows feet and bunny lines, facial droop. Is there any solution?

I had dysport in crows feet and bunny lines a month ago. She injected under my eye and bunny lines and my face has completely dropped. My upper lip curls under and I can't see my upper teeth and can't move my cheeks up. I look like a different person. I have severe hollowing underneath my eyes and what looks like crows feet in the bags that I never had before. Is there any solution? I feel as if it is getting worse.

Unfortunately, there is no way to reverse or dissolve Dysport.  There are good and bad parts of the temporary effects of Dysport.  Typically Dysport will last three to four months. If patients like the results, they have to repeat the injections when they wear off. If patients are not happy with the results, then the good news is that the effects are only short-term and will wear off.  I always recommend speaking with the doctor who performed your injections with any questions or concerns that you might have.All the best,

Botox results can be softened with venus legacy treatments. Botox results will resolve in 3-4 months. After that your face will go back to normal. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer

I am so sorry that you are experiencing this terrible complication.  These neurotoxin treatments seem so simple that anyone can do them, but that is just not true.  There is tremendous value in spending a little more money and going to highly experienced injectors.  Yes, they do charge 3 or 4 times what it might cost to get treatment at a Medspa but then you are much less likely to have a debilitating complication.  This will wear off, but it can take months.  In the mean time, this is one of the more dysphoric complications and seems to be associated with feelings of clinical depression.  I encourage you to get help if you are feeling depressed.  There is light at the end of the tunnel.  Do not double down with more treatment. For now, let this wear off.

Without an in-person examination, it’s impossible to determine the issue, but it sounds as if your injections may have been placed too deep, causing the Dysport® to migrate downward and affect your upper lip. The good news is that Dysport® is a temporary treatment and any effects should fade after 3 to 4 months. Be sure to visit an experienced injector at a medical spa for future Dysport® treatments.

Thank you for your question.  I'm very sorry to hear that you are experiencing complications from your prior Dysport treatment.  It's difficult to make an exact diagnosis without assessing you in-person, or at least reviewing your photos.  However, based on your description, it sounds like the Dysport injected into your crow's feet may have drifted and affected the muscles that control your upper lip and smile.  This is a rare complication of Dysport treatments, and typically occurs when injections are improperly (in this case, too deeply and/or too medially)
Unfortunately, there is no way to reverse the effects of Dysport after it has been injected.  The effects should gradually wear off over the course of the next 3-4 months.  I would recommend following-up with your injector to discuss your results.  In the future, it would be best to see an experienced cosmetic dermatologist or plastic surgeon for any cosmetic injections.

I'm sorry to hear that you had an unfortunate side effect from neurotoxin injections. The good thing is that it's temporary and will wear off in 3-4 months.  I strongly advise you don't inject your face and simply use make up and don't think about it as your face will go back to normal as it was before.  Dysport simply affected muscles of your lower face responsible for raising your upper lip and cheek. This was the injector's improper evaluation of your anatomy.  You should trust Botox injections to an expert. I would talk to the doctor who injected you and show them your face.  I know it's not helping much, but your only best option is time. Sorry to hear about your complication. Fortunately, with time this will be entirely reversed. It will hopefully begin to improve in the next 1-2 months. Areas of greater muscle mass and movement wear off more quickly. This was probably due to placing the Dysport too low in the upper cheek.

Unfortunately the injections were a bit to low and inward involving the muscles of the mid and lower face. Under the eye is a very tricky area and car must be taken to avoid involving these muscles. Unfortunately there is no reversing these medications but they will resolve and your face return to normal after 3-4 months. 
There is no mention of the time this happened from the time of injection. In general these problems show up between 6-14 days after.
