I had Dysport two weeks ago. Extreme fatigue now! Also, I have wrinkles under my eyes that were not there before. (Photo)

Botox and Dysport are like Coke versus Pepsi. They have the same effects and risks. The lines under the eye are due to injection technique and not the product. You should follow up with your injector and discuss these concerns. Best wishes, Dr. Aldo

Thank you for your question. It is possible that the Dysport has spread to an unintended part of the eye. I suggest staying more lateral on the crow’s feet next time you have treatment. I do not believe your fatigue is related to your Dysport injections, but if it is it should resolve soon. I recommend following up with your injector for an evaluation and possible treatment. You may have had some spread of the product to an unintended part of the eye which can also happen with Botox.  Perhaps the answer is to stay more lateral on the crows feet for you next time.  The fatigue is an unusual complaint which I have not experienced having preferred Dysport over Botox.  If it is related, it should resolve soon as will the lines under the eyes.
