Question

Hello, looking at my photo, would I benefit from sliming my face and thinning out my nose area using dysport? Or what other non-surgical procedures do you recommend . hank you

Dysport can be used to slim the jawline in combination with rf treatments. Sometimes jaw surgery, liposuction or ThermiRF can also help contour. Facial fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm) can be used to improve the symmetry of the nose. However, it won't make the nose look smaller. Surgery would be needed to improve nostrils or overall shape.  I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Dysport and fillers can be used to contour your face. You may ask for botox/dysport, fillers, and PDO. A combination of all may be attempted when appropriate. Please contact a qualified provider with extensive experience in these procedures.

Dysport® and BOTOX® are muscle relaxants, making them ideal for smoothing out wrinkles caused by repeated muscle movements, most commonly beside the eyes (crow’s feet) or between the brows (frown lines). Facial fillers, on the other hand, can fill in deeper creases like laugh lines, which can help the face appear more youthful. For facial and nose slimming, however, you would need to consult with a cosmetic surgeon who performs facial surgery. Best of luck.

Thank you for your photo. Typically, Dysport is used for moderate to severe frown lines between the eyebrows (glabeller lines). For thinning your nose area, I would recommend surgery. For more information, I recommend getting a in person consultation with a board-certified dermatologist.

Thank you for your question! It is difficult to assess your photo as it displays only half of your face, and additionally because facial assessments are best performed in person. Dysport + Botox are both neuromodulators that help with repetitive muscle movements and wrinkle prevention rather than facial slimming.
