Should I change from surgical bra to sport bra after 2 weeks?

After breast augmentation I find no particular advantage to the use of surgical bras.  In fact, I find that they can do more harm than good.  They hold the implants too high, preventing them from dropping into position.  In addition, they can put pressure on the healing breast or the wound.  They provide no advantage.  If the surgery was performed correctly, external appliances after surgery are unnecessary to achieve the appropriate final implant position. I would use neither the surgical bra nor the sports bra.

You should check with your surgeon and follow the specific directions that office provides.Having said that, I recommend to my patients that they wear a supportive underwire bra with cups.  This supports the shape of the breast that we want after surgery.  A sports bra is compressive and doesn't support the shape we want after surgery.  I recommend it when patients go back to exercising.Best of luck.
