Do you need to plan on wearing button up or zip up shirts for a while after surgery?

I was informed that after getting breast implants you can not lift your arms above your head for a few days. Is that true? Do you need to plan in wearing button up our zip up shirts for a while after surgery?

Your description of what you want and don't want is somewhat contradictory.  It sounds like you need to have an additional appointment with your surgeon to discuss the implications of implant size,more existing breast shape and profile on your Postop appearance.

Thank you for your question,  based on your frame, weight , breast size, implant size and profile, it sounds like you are going for a more round, fake augmented look. If that is not what you desire, then you should probably have another inclusion with your surgeon.

Steam rooms, saunas, jacuzzi's, hot baths will not affect your implants wheather they are saline or silicone gel. Your core body temperature (where the implants are) will remain within a few degrees of normal regardless of the outside temperature. Silicone by the way can withstands large...

This cord is an inflamed vein.  Non steroidal and warm compresses over the sensation chest and not the the numb breasts will help it resolve more quickly.

 Your nausea symptoms are not a sign of rejecting your silicone implants.  Discuss your symptoms with your surgeon to find out what else may be going in.

Will 500cc fit? I am petite 5'1" and 103lbs 32A but my breasts do not completely fill cups. My BWD was measured as 13cm

A 500cc implant is on the larger size for someone that is 5’1’’ and 103 lbs.Unless you are trying to fill out a lot of excess skin and not have a lift or you are looking to “look like you have had a breast augmentation” those may be a bit big on your frame.This being said, I have not seen your...
